Revenue Withdrawal fails for Payoneer Card

Hello,

I experienced a problem of failing my card loading since one month. I informed customer support on the very first day, but still no response from them. They are giving pointless reasons and asking for more time. I don’t know what do they want more than one month to correct such an issue.

I’ve attached a screenshot. Is there anybody who encountered the same issue and solved?

Did you finally get your issues resolved? I just experienced the same issue. Funds cleared on Fiverr but not showing on my Payoneer account yet.
