I have contacted customer support about this (and have to wait).



But just a heads up as it might be happening to others.



I have a transaction that was meant to clear on the 7th of April. In the “pending clearance” column it has 7th of April and that the amount is $8. Clicking through to the order reveals it was a $15 gig (ie $5 was tipped). So it should be $12, and it should have cleared by now.



So if you have received tips, might pay to check that you are getting the correct amount 🙂

Checked it after I’ve seen this message, and it appears that, in the “pending clearance”, tips are separated from the gigs. So you might want to check for a separate $4. 🙂
