Sellers tip's

Hi Guys, I am pretty new, and I thought that the tips for the seller’s had 5,10 or more tips, but then at the bottom, had a option for less ? Isn’t that correct ? Can the buyer just give 1, 2, 3, 4, dollars instead ? I thought that they could, I can’t find the tip articles that Fiverr sent to us ? thank you all and have a blessed week !
