Bingo! Which is why I don’t outsource anything. First of all, other people are a pain in the butt. Here’s an example, my realtor wants to show me properties on Friday (rentals), my father wants to come, but my mother wants him and dad to go to the beach on Friday. Then my realtor tells me she’s free on Tuesday, but my father can’t make it, and now I asked my mother if she can. See what I mean? The easiest thing in the world is to deal with one person. You add more people into the equation, and they complicate everything.

If the people you outsource things to drop the ball, then you have to deal with a lot of drama. Is it worth it? I don’t think so. And even if they don’t screw up, do you really have time to be hiring people and explaining things to them? I don’t.
