I am not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to do, but posting spam links to external sources is disallowed in the forum. At best guess from what you wrote in your post, a link on that topic would be spam if sent to a Fiverr user via messages as well. If you have rights to sell it you could possibly create a gig and try to get people to buy your information for $5 although I kind of doubt you’d get many takers.
