Sending my work through message and clicking delivery button are the same or different?

I sent my finished work through inbox. I am wondering if it is the same as delivery or I must click delivery button. Please reply me soon. Thank you everyone.

You have to send the work through the delivery system (clicking on the delivery button and attaching the finished work there). Otherwise the system treats it as if you sent nothing.

Deliveries should be sent through the appropriate delivery button on an order communication page. Otherwise, it does not register in the Fiverr system as having been delivered. Your inbox (at your level here on Fiverr) is just for communication outside of gig orders.

unfortunately you need to deliver again through the DELIVER button asap and contact your buyer through inbox, explain them it was a mistake and ask them to please accept the delivery and mark it as complete. In case they deny, I am afraid not even customer support will be able to help you.

Reply to @rana2011: That depends on how quickly the buyer confirms the order.

Once they confirm the order and close it off and complete, then your funds are safe.

Just to wait till the clearance date. 🙂

Reply to @rana2011: you can ask buyer if they want any modification or else to complete thier order. Also if you do not contact buyer, order will be completed by itself.
