Extras- Can you add them on after a sale has been started?

Hi My Fiverr Friends! I often get orders for a basic $5 gig but the customer wants more that its limit. So I would like to send a message letting the customer know he or she may have extra service by adding an extra. But I do not know how to instruct them. Do I say “Go to Shopping, select the gig, and then add an extra?” Will this work?

Hi Blondey,

They can go to their order:

Shopping -> order and just select the gig extra they want.

I think it is still a problem to book extras when multiple orders have been placed (like 3 at once).
