I want to share a ridiculous behaviour of one of my buyer name(rickash1958)

I want some suggestions from this platform.the buyer ordered me for a logo. But she didn’t know which type of logo she want but i tried my best to satisfy her. I made 3 logos with number of modifications and in my every message i said to her “feel free to ask for changes and modifications” even then she gave me 4 stars. I was really wondered. She said i want png i sent her then she said i want ai file i sent fthat file with no cost. Is there have any right to the seller? Or everything is just for buyer. Everyone can check my gigs. Everyone can see my reviews. No one had never complained even she said that i like this logo.then I cancelled her order the order is now cancelled but the review has not removed from my gig so what shoud i do. I am really hurt by her
