Rating system is very unfair

If i get 5 order fiverr start reviews in one go,my rating doesnt even change,but if i get a half start in one order,it jumps from %96 to %95,and level of rating should be always equal.

This isnt good for business.

Best thing is to come up with a system, that controls the rating best as can be expected.
