Hi! I´m on the same page as you and got this week 3 clients for Instagram reels & Youtube Shorts, usually also cold outreach but through network events, parties etc. Actually never had any big result with email and trying to get them to the Fiverr platform as soon as possible, since all contact and so orders can be done from here too. What I noticed is that they´re often not familiar with it and are lazy/have no patience in installing the app or creating an account but once they have it they find it amazing. Goodluck!
