DROPPED to Level 1 from Level 2 and Stopped receiving orders!! Need HELP!

Hi, So I don't know why but suddenly I stop getting orders on my GIG (whiteboard animation) except from my previous repeat buyer and Also Dropped to level 1 seller so is there any way I can get back my account running like earlier? please Let me know if anything I should try

Whatever worked for any of us till 2023 will NOT work anymore.
