hello, i am new to fiverr i have a question regarding the gig ranking . The question is that at what page my gig should be shown or ranked as a new seller?.

Fiverr boosts all new sellers and often shows their gigs on earlier pages for about a month. If you do not prove your worth at that time by getting sales, your gig will fall to later pages in the search results.
