How do I fix "We can't approve your seller profile"

HI,
I published a gig yesterday, and after a few hours I saw in my email a notification "We cannot approve your seller profile"
I have already submitted my ID and received a notification "Your information was verified, now you can publish your Gig" But nothing shows in my account. I have attached a few screenshots below. Please check and how can i fix this issue? please help me.

Hi! 

Unfortunately, your account is not eligible to be a seller. This has been reviewed several times by our teams and unfortunately, this decision is final. 

As mentioned above, you are more than welcome to continue using Fiverr as a buyer.

I have one question.

1. Can you tell me why not eligible to be a seller? Any reason?
