I forgot my security question, what should i do?

I am having issues with my security questions. What steps should i take even when i have verified my account with a Government issued ID card

Please know that we here on the Forum cannot provide help regarding the issue you are having. You have already opened a ticket and our CS is handling it. Just follow their guidance and I am sure you will come to a solution soon.
