Claiming character rights

Hello everyone, I didn't know about Fiverr since 4 hours ago when an artist come to my telegram chat saying that an user from here is using my characters without my consent for disguting pornographic arts

I'm ThaisMotosuwa, furry artist for 10 years and now a user named Jessicaregen have STOLE my personal characters to their own use, i couldn't be more sad with this situation

I already sent an email for assistance but PLEASE if someone here knows how to solve it please tell me, im desperate!!
