Is the Fiverr team not responding to sellers now?

I had a issue with fiverr and made a ticket, its been 2 dayss and I haven't gotten any response from the Fiverr customer support team. They usually reply under 12 hours. But I feel like I am being completely ghosted by them. Ive sent multiple msgs to get noticed but no luck, They arent replying at all! I opened a new request regarding the issue but it was closed automatically,

Can someone from fiverr support please help me out? I thought I was supposed to get some sort of priority support after buying the seller plus subscription

You shouldn't make multiple requests.

As for the response time, it can take many days sometimes due to them having a lot of work on their plate.

Oh i see, ive been using it over an year and they reply in a day so I thought maybe it was my issue,
Thanks ill wait for their response!
