can money back into buyer unilaterally?

hi everyone, i want to ask

in less of 6 hours ( only 4 hours) Money in fiver that should have been disbursed within 1 day to my wallet can be  cancelled by the system, is this true?

Can the system return money without the consent of both parties? 

Have any of you experienced the same thing?

I really hope my money comes back, because it should have been in my wallet and then returned to the buyer in just 4 hours. whereas in the fiver rules for cancellation of transactions there must be an agreement from both parties within 48 hours or it can be released

I have protested about this to fiver customer support, but they seem to be irresponsible and one team throws it to the other team again and again

below I attach a screenshot of the money that should have been received suddenly withdrawn by fiver no more than 6 hours without any clear reason.

There is clearly a regulation that transactions cannot be canceled unilaterally, especially since the money can be returned within 4 hours,

it takes a minimum of 7-12 hours to reply to my problem, but the funds can be returned to the consumer in just 4 hours.
