I think first thing that you need to do is stand out from the crowd & create your own statement.

of course standing out from crowd means optimising your gig do something that reflects your identity on the gig. Do something that is appealing to the customers. Make sure you have more clicks.

there is no easy of success here you have to find out how to do these things on your own so best of luck on this & yes there are a lot of tip and tricks on the forum, you can follow them that will of course enhance your quality of work.

PS, but do not follow tips like "please be active 24 hours"
