The same issue I am also facing with my account please help me because fiverr just marking the issue as solved but still we are facing the issue. Hi Lena. I have the same problem. I opened my fiverr account and didn't actively use it for a while. I have tried only for the 1st time and I got the same error that you are getting, Then I have wait for 48 hours not 24 hours and I tried again, but unfortunately, I got the same error.
