Received this message from someone saying they've paid for my service - is it spam?

They're also asking for my email and have shared a screenshot of their payment window, with their bank details scribbled out. Not sure if this is just another scam message but I'm relatively new to Fiverr and not sure how the entire payment process works yet. Any help?
