Hello, Is this a scam?

I had received this image message less than an hour ago with nothing else attached to it. I am pretty new to Fiverr so I am unsure as to whether or not this is real.

If it's in a Fiverr inbox message asking you to scan a QR code it's a scam. Don't do what they say. The real Fiverr don't send links to your Fiverr inbox asking you to scan QR codes.

It seems like that QR code goes to a link within a fake Fiverr scam site called "www-fiverr.eu" (not www.) which isn't the real Fiverr. Fiverr should report that fake site.
