I am experiencing ongoing issues with my account that are preventing me from accessing my funds.
Initially, my account was blocked with the instruction that I could withdraw my balance after 90 days. After the 90-day period, I received an email from Fiverr stating that I could withdraw my balance. However, about five hours later, I received another email informing me that my account had been temporarily disabled again.
For the past two days, I have also been unable to receive the mobile code needed to add a payout method due to the error message: "Attempt limit reached. Unfortunately, you’ve got no verification attempts left for now. Please try again within 24h." This issue has persisted and I am unable to withdraw my balance.
Could you please assist me in resolving these issues and allow me to withdraw my balance as soon as possible? Your prompt help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
