DOES FIVERR ALLOW ME TO LOG INTO 2 DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME, E.G. AT THE SAME TIME TO LOG INTO MOBILE AND AS WELL AS PC, BUT I ALSO WANT TO CONFIRM WHETHER CAN I LOG IN TO 1 MOBILE OR 2 PCS AT THE SAME TIME.

Yes, you can log in to Fiverr on multiple devices at the same time. There will be no problem as long as you are using one account.

Yes you can login in other devices as long as you're using that devise.
