DOES FIVERR ALLOW ME TO LOG INTO 2 DEVICES AT THE SAME TIME, E.G. AT THE SAME TIME TO LOG INTO MOBILE AND AS WELL AS PC, BUT I ALSO WANT TO CONFIRM WHETHER CAN I LOG IN TO 1 MOBILE OR 2 PCS AT THE SAME TIME.

Yes, you can log in to Fiverr on multiple devices at the same time. There will be no problem as long as you are using one account.

First, learn then earn. Many people work on Fiver without gaining good knowledge about Fiver, they start without learning Fiver and when they reach the middle fiver bans them because they began without learning Fiver specially Fiver rules and the Fiver search algorithm, so they should learn first start work on it.
