Unable to Publish When Pressing Button Gig Says in Drafts

I have filled out my first gig completely but have been unable to publish. I turned on VPN when to different browsers, but nothing is working. How do I publish this? Everything I've looked up isn't working for me. I attached an image. When I press it it appears like that and then it's not published.
