I am new to Fiverr, Please How can I scale my business and avoid issues.

I am very new to fiverr 

I am a new seller here just starting my freelancing career but I used to hear some things from my friends and colleagues about fiverr practices and I will like the comunity to help me out.

1. I heard about account flagging and was told that any account flagged can not appear on the fiverr marketplace.

2. I heard about account being disable and this have made a lot of them to quit the idea of working on fiverr, so I need help on how to stay safe in managing my fiverr account.

3. What can I do to make my fiverr gig and accounts rank so fast so as to be able to collect my first order and continue to make consistent income on fiverr. 

Please I need help on all these.
