No response from Customer Service

Question

I put in a ticket last Thursday,  April 18, 2024.  That's 4 days of a "You’re in good hands, and we’re doing our best to get back to you within 12 hours..."
No response- in the meantime... I have an expired order on my board that needs taken care of.


Whats going on here?

It has now been 5 days- and no response from CS
