Can't see Seller Plus Premium Option

Hello 
I'm a Level One Seller and I have used the Seller plus Premium Memebership couple of months ago but cancelled it after one month 
but now when i opne the join seller plus option 
I only get standard package 
I am not getting the option of Premium Package 
Why?

According to the new level system, now Level 2 sellers and TRS will have an access to Seller Plus Premium Membership.
