Scammer and a lack of action by Fiverr

Ok so I was recently scammed by [***], have made numerous reports and emails to fiverr but notice this profile is still hanging around ready for his next victim on this site.

If you're submitting multiple tickets for the same issue, that's considered spamming. 

How long ago did you submit the tickets? From what I've read on the forums lately, Customer Support is dealing with a backlog.
