Brief was rejected. Why did this happen? I am looking to buy Facebook Ad Campaign services on Fiverr. I have rarely used Fiverr and am not sure how it works. Please help

I have hardly ever used Fiverr and am not sure how it is used. Today the post I requested for buying services got rejected and I am not sure why. It says it had contact/ payment info or spam. I have attached a word file which has the exact content I posted on Fiverr and got rejected. Can someone kindly help.
