i am level two seller and I noticed my account has been flagged for a severe violation of Fiverr policies and can not able to participate in the level system, but I haven't received any email explaining this. I CONTACTED THE FIVERR CUSTOMER TEAM BUT THEY DID NOT HELP ME, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

You shouldn't do anything, just please be patient and wait for Customer Support to reach out to you.  

In the meantime, please take a moment to read through these posts to get more familiar with the updates we are implementing.

My account has been flagged for purchasing or selling with the intent to falsely increase ratings and/or levels but i did't do anything, My all orders are organically and Genuine. Support can manually check my delivery reports at those order which you suppose that are falsely selling increase ratings and/or levels.
