There sis no denied gig and no violation in my fiverr account i do not know why can anyone guide me is it possible to rank again or i need to create new fiverr account because this is now not good?

You actually got 1.3* review (one month ago) and also 4.3* review (three months ago) which is why your gigs seems to be temporarily removed from the search results. Those buyers might have given you not good private reviews. That's why your gigs are under-effect of those reviews and it will take 3-6 months to get recovered from the effect of those reviews. 

You can rank better only if you provide quality services and also perform better than other sellers. Read the following thread too:
