When the customer accepts my extension request, I only see their reply in the APP (don't see on desktop)

When a customer accepts my request to add some time to their order, they leave a note sometimes. How is that possible that I don't see this note in the web version of Fiverr? I use my laptop to work! Every time the extension happens, I need to go to the App on my mobile to see if they said something. And sometimes the notes the buyers leave are important!
