  1. It's very difficult for me to download clients' files in the requirements section, I started getting this error 2-3 weeks ago, and I have to reload the page many times to get the file. Does anyone else experience this?
  2. @enekoviolin Hi! I was trying to understand the system for almost 1,5 month now, but it's just senseless, that's it. There is no logic. My bestseller gig has a score of "6" and a "strong negative impact" on Client Satisfaction. But it has a 5.0 star rating from 234 public reviews and is currently selling with a "Fiverr's choice" badge. (Already got 4 orders as a Fiverr's choice).
  3. Does anyone see any changes in your Success Score Stats? In March I have completed 7 orders, 6 of them with 5 star rating (1 autocompleted), 2 of them with the "Fiverr's choice" badge, and still this gig has a score of "6" and strong negative in "client satisfaction" 😅 I have no idea how to improve it

  5. Dear Fiverr Team, Can we please fix the bug with the number of orders in the queue? I really need to limit the orders, but with the current bug it's so difficult! This screenshot is for the gig with 1 current order and 1 order with no requirements submitted.

  9. maybe we make the job the clients order to look like it was quick and easy to do, and now after I explained everything in details she thinks - oh that was not so difficult as I thought, but how is that my fault? and to value my job and expertise as 3 out of 5?
  10. I just don't understand what the #$%& new rating means.... I exceeded the expectations, the quality is 5, but the value is 3. which value? value for who? value for when or why? Did I do anything wrong and what exactly?

  12. @maitasun I have some 4s 3s and 2s and even one "1" for a cancelled order from an insane client, so I accept mine 4.9, but yours is beyond ridiculous!!!!!

  14. Mathematically its absolutely logically that 5.0 rating means ALL of your reviews are 5.0, so only new sellers will have 5.0 until the first client who will give them 4.0 rating but 4.98 or 4.96 is closer to 5.0, why would they show it as 4.9?
