Hi @jahidhasan9960,

I've just checked and I see that our Customer Support team informed you that you should add a display name first.

After the display name is added to your profile, you will be able to activate your on-hold Gigs. 

If you still need help after working this out, please let the team know and they'll instruct you further and resolve this for you.
