How to get refund from Seller who won't reply or complete order.

Question

I have tried multiple times to contact support to no avail. The seller is never online and when he is; it's only for a few hours when I can't be on. This a recurring problem to not just me but to some of the reviews I have read. In addition, he was supposed to create/videos for me and has done very minimal compared to some of the other offers I have gotten on Fiverr. Please do a refund/cancel the order so I can use those credits to people who actually can respond and do their job..

File a dispute on Fiverr's Resolution Center with evidence of your attempts to contact seller & their lack of response. Explain missing deliverables & highlight alternative Fiverr offers (avoid criticizing seller). Escalate if needed.

Consider leaving an honest review after resolution.
