Am Unable to withdraw my funds After 90 days

Dear Fiverr Support, 

I wanted to withdraw my funds from my account five Months ago, and My account was restricted this restriction lasted for 60 days, and after 60 days they disabled my account for 90 days. when the 90 days were over Fiverr sent me an email to withdraw my remaining funds from my account, and clicking and checking my withdrawal methods was still disabled. 

I contacted Customer Support, and they took 3 days to reply but the reply was not frequent, it was when I reached out on Twitter that they replied me . 

I asked that they activate back my withdrawal methods so i can access my funds but they said it will remain, please what is my offence that i can no longer access my earned money, please Kindly tell Support to open it for me please so i can access my funds.

Hi Lex, does that mean that the funds is gone? I am having similar issues and I haven't gotten any response on mine. Does that mean that we won't have the access to the funds again? Why do you allow us to wait for a whole 5months for this sad news, this is really unfair. Is there a way you can check my ticket if I can still have access.

seriously i have been weak as this is an Unfair judgement by Lex, Money I work for tirelessly and it was locked for 5 solid month , now that is time to withdraw Lex is saying that i cannot withdraw for reason not know , please what can I do
