Withdraw option disabled

Hi, I recently I tryed to withdraw my earnings but my withdraw options were disabled. I can't change them nor choose one of them to withdraw my balance so I searched to understand the reasons and I discovered that the main reason it's usually a restriction of the account. But my account is not restricted: I recive and complete orders as normal and I don't understand the reason of the restriction.
