When I choose "Online Now" then I am not able to find my gig on fiverr search, can anyone help to fix that issue?

Hello there, hope all are doing well. 

I am seeking for a help. I tried to search my gig on Fiverr search engine, and then I saw my gig is on first page on some specific keyword. So the thing is when I used filter of the gig like when I choose "Online Now" option and hit "Filter" button then I can see my gig is not there. I am much active in this marketplace and regularly checking my gig's position and other things regarding the gig. 

Does anyone have any tip or any suggestion how to fix that issue and why it's happening?
