For all emails that asked me to contact them on telegram, a few of them went to a spam folder, while others did not. How does Fiverr differentiate them?

I've been encountering a notable increase in spam messages lately, and it appears that spammers have evolved their methods by embedding Telegram information within attached images.

If they ask you to contact them elsewhere, then they are spam and you should mark the messages as spam. Usually Fiverr will automatically move these messages to the spam folder (especially if the user mass-messaged a lot of buyers), but if Fiverr's filter didn't catch the message - just mark it as spam yourself.
