The World Cup of Darts has already taken place, so I don't get this topic. Wales won with The Iceman and The Ferret, as we all know. 

Do you perhaps mean the PDC World Darts Championship that will take place this December? Well, then, I don't get why you call it "world cup men 2023" as women are also allowed to participate.
