Fiverr Withdrawal Issues

Hello my name is Micheal I join Fiverr community because of i have some issues with Fiverr withdrawal, When am about to withdraw my funds along the way Fiverr block my account and told me to wait for 3 month, When the 3 month reach and i was about to withdraw again they told me the link they send me as expired and i still have 3 days more to go but it keep telling me it has expired that i should wait for another 3 month pls what can i do regarding this.
