rate for Content Visuals?

Hey everyone,

maybe someone can help me out? 

I started to work as freelancer and got a job offer .

I‘m based in germany and got asked to create an animation (45 minutes)  for project mapping on three different screens.

They asked for my rate per minute. Does anyone know if that is common to get paid per minutes and how much is usual to charge?

 

The animation will be out of easy shapes (it has to, because it is pretty long) and should interact with each other means the shapes that I‘ll create should be synchronized with the music as well as the shapes become to one. Maybe someone knows also good tutorials to create „easy shape animations“ for project mapping which I can use later with the software heavym or how to synchronize already music in c4d? (I’m using c4d/redshift/greyscalegorilla). Thanks in advance! Mara
