Can't turn off Narrator

When I click on anything on www.fiverr.com, it turns yellow, and a bot begins narrating. 
This only happens on Fiverr for some reason, and I'm not sure how I turned it on or how to turn it off. (for some reason there's no audio in the mp4)

Seems to be related to Accessibility Menu

1) Access it using the icon found at the bottom right on fiverr.com page or use the shortcut Ctrl + U

2) Disable any options that may seem to be enabled

This should fix it. By the looks of it, in your case Screen Reader option seems to be enabled. You just have to disable it.
