Completed a $50 order and it says Congratulations... And that I earned $0

Hello,

I completed a very labor intensive translation where I went above and beyond what the client and I agreed on. I completed the gig and the revision on time.  I see the amount listed under my October "Completed" dollar amount, but the amount never listed and hasn't listed as waiting to be cleared and within the gig it says Congratulations..... You earned $0.

What's going on? Is this a bug? Did the client somehow refuse to pay?

Part of the project was SRT formatting for captions on a video. The client had already uploaded the SRT format (they sent me a screenshot) and was using it in their software before they accepted it as complete so I know they're using my translation.

Isn't there anything on "Payment being cleared"?

(I used Fiverr mobile App in the attached file)

Thank you for the reply. It's not showing up in the Payments being cleared. I have a $128 payment being cleared from a different $160 gig. 

It shows the only money I have available is $4 from a $5 gig, so it hasn't gone from being cleared to available.

 

I also posted a screenshot showing where it says I earned $0 and that the gig was due on September 30, delivered on the 24th, revised and delivered again on the 30th so it wasn't late. I didn't receive a cancel notice and it says that it's been completed rather than cancelled.

This is strange. I've never faced the same issue. I don't know the others. But I would suggest you to ask Customer Support about it.

Ok thank you both. I've submitted a question to support so I'll update later. Hopefully I will be paid

This is actually a surprising phenomenon but you can take the help of support to know why it happened.
