Don't get brief and match

I have not received any briefs in the last month, even though my gig is ranked.

Make sure that you have completed at least 3 orders. Then you get briefs.

I have completed 5 orders and my account opened 8 months. I not yet received any briefs.

Hey! I just visited your profile and see you have completed 5 orders on different gigs. I want to say that you have to complete 3 orders on one gig.

Can a new seller receive brief or what's brief all about?

I have finished enough orders in one gig, but I haven't seen the brief for a few months, even though you might think it is a good chance for new sellers, I have sent too many offers to the brief/buyer request, but I never get any new orders by this way. And these buyers would cancel the brief for a strange reason, such as it's not the time. I only have 1 chance to close the order, but when the buyer contacts me, I am sleeping at night.
