Better to contact customer support team. If you want to change your phone number: Log in > click your Profile Picture > My Settings > Phone Verification > Edit. Answer your security question > Provide your old phone number > Enter your new number.

Don't worry if you lost your phone number . But to change your phone number, you must know the security questions. if you know the security question answers then you can easily change your phone number.
