Recently I provided a new gig over SEO. My gig is denied on Fiverr!!

If there's no deny reason showing up on the gigs page anywhere or in a notification/email then you could contact CS at the helpdesk and ask them.

You could also check the community standards and/or TOS to see whether it was okay with Fiverr's rules.
