Low impression in Promoted gigs

Hello gys, i do the promoted gigs and i have very low impression and very low spend per month ( 4$ only ) how can get more impression and more spend like 5$ per day,

For information, there is no balance available for payment the promoted gig . Does this affect the daily spending process?

Yes, it's definitely affected also depending on CPC price. 
But keywords play a very important role in getting impressions and clicks, there are also many other factors as well. 
Price and portfolio play to important role in conversion

Thank you bro, my problem is the impressions, my gig keywords i think ok, just i dont have balance for pay now
