Withdrawal from disabled account

My account was disabled and after 90 days I'll receive emails for withdraw . I just want to know that previously my one more account was disabled can I use that Payoneer account for newly disabled account withdrawal because if I use new Payoneer account then that will also become useless for Fiverr because we only use one time in Fiverr.

I can see your account is Enabled (level 1 account with 58 reviews) and the gigs are visible as well. Where do you see it as disabled?

Btw, having more than 1 account on Fiverr is against their policies.

It was second account on other device with different internet connection

If your account Gets disabled in Fiverr because of a TOS violation that means you shouldn't try Fiverr anymore! You should other marketplaces!

because your account may also get disabled again since you didn't agree with the TOS!
