Hello, My level one seller criteria have been completed. However, I have not received a level one badge. what will be the reason for the delay?

Hi, if you have completed the requirements and as well your dashboard profile you can check through on mobile which are order completion, ratings, completed order and all is 90 and above. Then it is the evaluation date holding you.

 

The evaluation dates are 14th and 15th of everymonth and that's when you will be given your badge.
